Great hotel and location

Great location right near a major metro station. 7/11 across the street and pretty central so many places are walkable. Rooms are clean and decent size. Staff were great. Complimentary water and a few mini bar soft drinks were refilled daily. Would definitely book again and recommend to others..

The shower pressure in the bathroom was really strong. Not particularly a bad thing but there was no way to adjust the strength. It left parts of the bathroom floor wet as water would seep out of the shower.

Great option to enjoy Taipei

This hotel has a very interesting ambiance. The staff was very attentive and willing to help me enjoy the stay. For example, I had an issue with the light system in the room, and a staff member immediately went to my room to help me get that fixed. The quality of the accommodation is great, too. My room was really spacious and included free complimentary drinks from the mini-fridge. The view overlooks one of the metro lines and a huge avenue, which makes for an interesting backdrop when resting.

I was not totally convinced by the location. It is certainly good enough as a tourist, but perhaps there are better neighborhoods to stay in depending on your itinerary. Here, I felt nothing was super far away, and connectivity was good; but the immediate vicinity of the hotel seemed fairly boring to me. I do have to admit there are some amazing restaurants nearby, though.

Highly recommend

Great hotel, better than expected at the price we paid. The location was pretty good - about 4-5 minutes walk to the train station where two metro lines are available. The rooms were good size, large bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses (and don't get me started on smart toilet :) ). The staff was very attentive and accommodating, can't complain about anything. We didn't choose to have breakfast included as we ate on the go and the food is really cheap in Taipei. Overall, for AUD200 per night per room, the hotel was excellent.

May be just one criticism - the lighting in the rooms is a bit too dim - the downlights are recessed too deep into the ceiling so the light doesn't spread sufficiently - made it quite difficult to use mirrors to shave or to apply makeup

Nice location. Great toilet and shower! Rooms had a washing machine / dryer which was really handy. Rooms also had a great sound system you could use via bluetooth.

Very Good

Many modern amenities packed into a small room. The capsule coffee machine makes good coffee. Bed was comfortable. The shower was very strong and nice. I like the heated toilet seat. Four bottles of water were provided daily and to keep us hydrated. The washing machine is handy for longer stays.

Room was small. It would be nice if there's a clothes rack.

Good

breakfast is good but price is a little high($300 Taiwan Yuan) and there is no discount for the in clients. Front desk personals are very nice and helpful. The cleaning stuff are very polite too. Rooms are comfortable, not huge but decent. There is tea and coffee and some cookies for the clients in the breakfast are for free which is nice. The cleaning team work very hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. I had a good experience. I recommend booking in advance to be able to get better deals.

Luxury stay for us.

The comfort of the room. Nice bed. Nice pillow. Nice bathroom with bathtub, separate shower room. Complete set of toiletries. A lot of international TV channels. When too tired of walking and touring outside, it is really nice to just stay in the room to chill and relax. Thank you for a great room.

The room light is little to dim at certain corners in the room. But never an issue to us. Bathroom light is bright.

free upgrade to a corner room with a big bathroom with a big bath tub room is spacious and very clean bed and pillows are comfortable staff are friendly and professional

Fantastic hotel - would recommend.

The room was clean and the fit out was exceptional. Staff were kind, helpful and spoke good English.

The only thing missing at this hotel are wider facilities e.g. bar, proper gym but I can’t see that there is space. Other than that, this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

A nice stay overall

Comfy beds, bidet toilet, great water pressure in the shower, good location.

Coffee maker (it looked like an old style and was not very intuitive. We decided not to use it). The lack of proper lighting in the bathroom for grooming/putting on makeup.

Superb

breakfast is simple but good quality.

my room is next to the road and on a low floor, so it smells like the sausage stall on the arcade, not feel very comfortable. This is something that needs improvement.

very good staff!

the staff was very helpful and they really take care of guests. from helpful advice to helping special requests, they did a great job. the room was very comfortable and quiet with very nice working environment. The room also had a washing machine on a small balcony. This hotel really tries to make guests comfortable and happy. I highly recommend it.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Central location.

It is a mistake to place the washer and dryer at the balcony. I received a call in the middle of the night from my next room neighbor complaining that the noise from the washing machine is affecting her sleep. I ended up have to wake up and stop the washing machine. It is ridiculous to provide a facility that the guests couldn't use!
